Real Estate Photography/Video

Here is an in-depth description of our policies and conditions including photo copyright information.

-The parking must be provided by costumer otherwise would be a charge depends on the location.

-Our delivery would be by email, you need to have a valid email to receive them and also payment is required before the finals will be delivered otherwise they will not be deliver to you! -Delivery of Images are generally delivered by 10am the next business morning or maximum of 2 business days following the shoot via email with links to both hi-resolution images, for your marketing materials, and low-resolution images, sized for the web and the MLS.  Images for Saturday shoots will be available at 10am on the following Monday.  Same day delivery for Images is available for an additional $50.  -The video delivery will be between 5 to 10 business days.Same day delivery for video is available for an additional $150

-If you book any of our services we need %35 deposit of the total amount.

-Cancellations/Rescheduling require a 48-hour advance notice. Please attempt to cancel or re-schedule as soon as you are able and get full refund of your deposit. Please note if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a $30 fee will be charged.

We assume we are still shooting the property (interiors) unless you call/ email us to reschedule.

-Prior to the Shoot it is recommended that you work with a professional stager to get the property ready and to ensure that it shows to the best of its potential. and please note that this is not our related work to do staging for you also If we wait for you to get the staging done while we are at the property there will be an extra charge.For more information Contact-Us

-The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner (the agent) should be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Our goal at the shoot is to provide quality photos that include a front exterior, back exterior and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give us direction otherwise.

-Pets I love pets, but they are never included in Real Estate photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot.

-Photo shoots will usually take between 1 to 3 hours depending on the size and complexity of the property.

-At The Shoot, we make every effort to make a room look “Print ready”, which includes moving stray items, small items, etc. from the shots. Please note however, that this does not include cleaning or decluttering. Agents and/or homeowners are expected to have the property cleaned and staged prior to the photo shoot. If the property is not ready to be photographed you should make every effort to reschedule 48 hours prior to the shoot.

-Licensing Rights and Photo Usage -All images produced for an agent or broker may be used by that agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent’s self-promotion. The photos may also be used by the agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Please note however, that all the images are owned and copyrighted by the photographer, and licensed granted only to the agent and the agent’s parent company and not to any third parties. You may not transfer or sell any of the images.  Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved and licensed in writing by the photographer.

-Privacy is our first goal please make sure you gave us all the information's needed for the delivery otherwise we are not responsible.

-It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the listing is ready for the virtual tour to be produced at the arranged time.

-CamOnArt.com doesn't handle any cleaning, dusting, or moving of furniture - liability reasons! 

-CamOnArt.com will, at the photographer's discretion, adjust window coverings or turn on or off lights as deemed necessary to better capture the scene(s) and move small items that may be distracting in the photo. The home must be clean and presentable at the scheduled time of the tour. 

-The homeowner shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer's safety.

-Homeowners should ensure children are supervised and out of the camera’s view.

-Photographers will do their best that all significant aspects of the property shall be included in the tour unless the condition of said aspect has a negative impact on the tour. This shall be left solely up to the photographer's discretion, unless specific aspect(s) of the property are specifically requested by the agent or the homeowner.

-Once the home has been photographed, the service may not be canceled. The agent will be charged the full price of the package ordered.
