Real Estate Photography/Video

Permissions and terms :

The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner (the agent) should be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Our goal at the shoot is to provide quality photos that include a front exterior, back exterior and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give us direction otherwise.
The parking spot must be provided by customer otherwise you will be a charge.
Prior to the Shoot it is recommended that you work with a professional stager to get the property ready and to ensure that it shows to the best of its potential. Also at The Shoot, we make every effort to make a room look The Best, which includes moving stray items, small items, etc. from the shots. Please note however, that this does not include cleaning or decluttering. Agents and/or homeowners are expected to have the property cleaned and staged prior to the photo shoot. If the property is not ready to be photographed you should make every effort to reschedule 48 hours prior to the shoot or If we wait for you to get the staging done while we are at the property there will be an extra charge. The homeowner shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer’s safety.
Homeowners should ensure children are supervised and out of the camera’s view.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the listing is ready for the virtual tour to be produced at the arranged time.

CamOnArt doesn’t handle any cleaning, dusting, or moving of furniture – liability reasons!
CamOnArt will, at the photographer’s discretion, adjust window coverings or turn on or off lights as deemed necessary to better capture the scene(s) and move small items that may be distracting in the photo. The home must be clean and presentable at the scheduled time of the tour.
Photographers will do their best that all significant aspects of the property shall be included in the tour unless the condition of said aspect has a negative impact on the tour. This shall be left solely up to the photographer’s discretion, unless specific aspect(s) of the property are specifically requested by the agent or the homeowner.
Please make sure you download the pictures and save them as CamOnArt  do not keep them after 30 days from the invoiced date. Additionally, After that time we are not responsible in any way, However if we still have the original files in our database we can re-edit them for an additional fee [determined by quantity of pictures]Our delivery would be by email, you need to have a valid email address to receive them and also the full payment is required before the delivery otherwise they will not be deliver!
Remember before forwarding our email to provide the email address to us in order gain access to them otherwise only the provided emails would be having an access. We are responsible to deliver the promised to the email provided in our booking system therefore we are not responsible IN ANY WAY to deliver the promised to additional emails.
Images are generally delivered by 10am the next business morning or maximum of 2 business days following the shoot via email to both high-quality images, for your marketing materials[High Quality], and resized images, sized for the web / MLS.  Images for Saturday/Sunday shoots will be available at 10am on the following Monday.  Same day delivery for Images is available for an additional fee.  The video delivery will be between 3 to 5 business days. Same day delivery for video is available for an additional fee.

You are responsible for your schedule as we assume we are still shooting the property unless you contact us to reschedule 48 hours prior to the shoot.[check no show in this page]

CamOnArt may send your Tour links to other real estate portals and websites (i.e. Yahoo, Google, etc.) for increased exposure. At your request, we will not send your Tour links to 3rd party companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or content from other 3rd party websites.
CamOnArt.com is not responsible in the event other 3rd party websites cannot provide the necessary data feeds, links or uploads. For example: missing MLS feeds or Realtor.com uploads.
In order to maintain the highest possible level of quality for information posted to our servers, we reserve the right to modify, edit, remove or decline to activate any photographs of the property in the event that they do not meet our level of quality standards. We encourage you to provide your Tours with the correct and most recent information you have available and ask to remove the tour from our website once it has sold.
You are granted a limited, nonexclusive right to create a “hypertext” link to this site or any property on this Site as long is it does not portray CamOnArt.com or any of its other products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise defamatory manner. This limited right may be revoked at any time for any reason whatsoever. Any links to third party sites on this Site are provided solely as a convenience to you. CamOnArt has not reviewed all of these third party sites and does not control, nor is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. CamOnArt does not endorse or make any representations about third party sites or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

The tour can be hosted for the life of the listing or 6 months whichever comes first. After six months, you will have the option to renew your tours for an additional fee, contact us for more details.

BOOKING:

-Online
We offer online booking service, by providing What package ,Date , Time , Cell Phone number, Email Address, First Name and Last Name, Address of shoot[must include street address-city-province and postal code], A payment card, you can book online.
Please note you will not be charged at the time of booking and you have the payment options at the place [unless not show or overdue].
When you booking online ,you have sent the request and it is your responsibility to have the confirmation otherwise there will be no schedule under your name. Please allow us up to 4 business hours[monday to friday 8-5 ; saturday 9-5 ; sunday ; 10-4] after you book online to receive final confirmation.
-On call
You can contact us anytime between business hours[monday to friday 8-5 ; saturday 9-5 ; sunday ; 10-4] regarding booking an appointment. Please note On call and online would be the same procedure and we need all the informations needed on online booking system such as What package ,Date , Time , Cell Phone number, Email Address, First Name and Last Name, Address of shoot[must include street address-city-province and postal code], A payment card.
Please note you will not be charged at the time of booking and you have the payment options at the place [unless not show or overdue].

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

We are always trying to deliver what our customers need in most convenient way, if our service was not up to your satiation, we will try to make it right. We always behind our work and strongly support our relationships with our customers. However if our service not was up to our customer satisfaction we provide additional support as following.

All employees, associates and partners will:

  1. Proactively solicit customer needs and expectations.
  2. Confirm that we have understood those expectations.
  3. Re-shoot, Edit, deliver and support our services to meet those expectations.
  4. Measure the degree to which our customers’ service and outcome expectations are achieved.
  5. Aggressively seek to close any gap between what our customers expect and what they experience.

If not satisfied after the following steps, we will refund the service amount minus discounts and/or if any distance and/or additional fees.

PAYMENT:

We are accepting all the major Credit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express ; and E-transfer, Cash, Cheque, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac Flash.

Full payment must be received before the photographer perform, or service will not be performed, unless terms have been extended by contract prior to the time of order otherwise you will be charge for no show fee.

CamOnArt.com will bill your credit card/debit at the event of overdue for all charges and services provided, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
Your credit/debit card may be charged again after photographer performed for additional fees due to local market conditions or if you decide to later upgrade the package. Examples of additional fees include travel fees, Parking Fee, upgrade, not ready fees and etc.

Cancellations/Rescheduling require a 48-hour advance notice. Please attempt to cancel or re-schedule as soon as you are able. Please note if cancelled within less than 48 hours notice, a fee[determined by the package] as no show fee will be charged to your credit/debit card.

If you accept an assignment of photographs from another listing agent and want us to transfer those images, a fee will apply.

All prices, fees and extra charges are subject to change without notice and are quoted in Canadian funds unless otherwise noted.

Any orders placed which have not been fulfilled after one month period from the date of order due to any action, or the lack of action, on your part in any way which affects on our ability to fulfill the order will automatically be cancelled and any amounts paid to us will be credited to your customers account less any cancellation fees that may apply.
Credits you might have on your account are to be used to pay for future purchases, fees or any extra charges and will be applied to the next following transaction. All unused credits will automatically expire after 6 months following the earlier of, either the date a credit was initially applied to your account or the original order date for which a credit was applied, without any further notice.
In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse CamOnArt for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney’s fees and other legal or collection expenses plus interest[the rate will be determined at the time by CamOnArt ].

Clients of CamOnArt.com are responsible for the following when a property is to be photographed:

Ensuring the property is made available and provide our photographers, on our behalf, any and all necessary rights and access required for all areas of the property that will be shot in order to fulfill your ordered tour.
Ensuring the property is photo ready and clean.Please note if not to do so additional fees may apply.
If the property is not ready for photography, agent may choose to cancel photography appointment and/or reschedule. However, 48 hours notice to us is required otherwise a re-shoot or not ready fees may apply.
If the photographer arrives at the property and it is untidy, the photographer will not declare the property not photo ready, but will shoot the property.
If the client is not pleased with the photos, as a result of the property not being ready for the photography appointment, and would like to have the property re-shot, re-shoot fees may apply, as well as, any other additional fees required for the re-shoot i.e. Travel costs and etc.

In the event the photographs do not meet our standards of quality and professionalism, we will re-shoot the property at no charge to you. If however, you request additional photographs for seasonal changes, or night shoots, or just additional images, then additional fees may apply.
An additional drive charge fee may apply for orders outside our regular marketing areas. CamOnArt makes no representations about the suitability of the data or graphics published on this site. The information listed on this site is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed.
